The Challenge
The existing bathroom felt dated and tight — a standard tub-shower combo, dull tile, weak ventilation, and finishes that no longer matched the rest of the renovated home. The owners wanted a relaxing, hotel-quality space that would also stand up to daily family use.
Our Solution
We re-planned the layout to fit a frameless glass walk-in shower and a freestanding soaking tub, installed large-format porcelain tile, upgraded ventilation and lighting, and added a floating vanity with quartz top. Waterproofing and plumbing were brought fully up to code with documented inspections at each stage.
The Results
The renovation delivered a true spa experience: better flow, brighter natural-feeling light, and durable, easy-to-clean finishes — completed in four weeks with zero change-order surprises.
